Song of the day

I heard a song last night on the drive home and when I woke up this morning it was the tune I was humming in the shower.

Ok, last night I was in a great mood as I had just spent a few hours with my son (so of course I would be in a great mood!!) and this song came on the radio. Now I had never heard this song before but after the first verse I found myself singing along as the words just seemed to be logical, a no brainer if you will. (Ok, now that has got to be a great bit of songwriting if you can come up with a song that someone can sing along with never having heard it before!)

The song is "Christmas Cookies" by George Strait.

Notice it's not 'Holiday Cookies'....for that debate see my other blog.
