Thank a Veteran

Today is Veterans' Day.

I had thought about writing about all the brave men and women who have fought and died for our freedom, but I will not. Today is a day for refelection.

Instead I want to say a very big thank you to my fellow veterans. No matter what time in history any of us served, even though the duties are varied and can be diffcult and troubling at times, you can hold your head high with pride and know that you were one of those who answered the call.

And as my friend Kemp say, a special shout out to fellow Veterans in my own family: My Uncles Don, Bill, Joe and Frank, Cousins Marcia, Patrick (serving now in Iraq) & Tom and my brother-in-law Steve. Thank you all.
