Hmmm....Mr President, didn't various experts give repeated warnings about the damage expected from Katrina. Also if I remember correctly, they have also said for years that the levees wouldn't stand up to a storm of Katrina's intensity.....

Never mind that a reporter for the New Orleans newspaper wrote an article (approx) 3 years ago stating that the city would be destroyed if a category 2/3 hit land. I guess because it didn't specifically say category 5, they didnt think it applied to them this time...
